Red is a sorrel American Saddlebred gelding. He is only 7 years old and is looking for his forever home. He enjoys his pasture buddies, both geldings and mares alike. He has a laid back personality with his pasture mates. He can be nervous at first, which is normal for a horse coming from a kill pen. He did well in quarantine, and is now mingled with other horses. He has a negative coggins, he has been dewormed and is up to date on his vaccines. He is green broke and will be best suited for an experienced rider. He allowed a rider to tack up, mount and walk around. With a willing disposition like this, if you put in the work with him, he can make a great trail horse. The only thing noted on his physical exam is a slight club right foot. Both vet and farrier do not believe this will limit him or his new owner. He can still be ridden and with proper shoeing will continue to improve.
